We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Executive to take ownership of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, from initial setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll play a key role in driving client success and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Executive to take ownership of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, from initial setup and targeting to optimisation and reporting. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll play a key role in driving client success and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives, including lead generation and brand awareness.

Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to maximise ROI, including testing creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, designers, and the broader team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and branding.

Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated strategically for optimal results.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads platform changes, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

Creative Input: Contribute ideas for ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
