We’re looking for a Midweight Designer with a sharp eye for design, an ear to the ground, and a love of digital-first content. This role is all about creating stand-out social content, email creative and ad campaigns; the kind that stops the scroll and drives real-world results.
You’ll be a key part of a growing, collaborative marketing team and will work closely with performance marketers, content producers, and client leads. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, ideas-led, and comfortable owning design work from concept to delivery.

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer with a sharp eye for design, an ear to the ground, and a love of digital-first content. This role is all about creating stand-out social content, email creative and ad campaigns; the kind that stops the scroll and drives real-world results.
You’ll be a key part of a growing, collaborative marketing team and will work closely with performance marketers, content producers, and client leads. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, ideas-led, and comfortable owning design work from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Designing high-quality, high-performing content for paid and organic social, email marketing, landing pages, and ads.

Owning and developing creative output across key accounts, aligned with brand goals, trends, and digital best practices.

Collaborating with internal teams (performance, content, client services) to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

Responding to platform-specific design requirements.

Bringing ideas to brainstorms and helping shape our visual direction and creative strategy.

Staying ahead of visual and cultural trends to inspire bold, fresh, scroll-stopping creative.

Working across multiple projects at pace, without compromising on quality.

Candidate Attributes
Essential Skills & Experience:

3–5 years’ experience in a digital or social design role (agency, in-house or freelance).

A strong portfolio of original, commercially-aware design work (bonus points for work in the wellness, beauty or health space).

Deep understanding of typography, layout and storytelling, plus how video, photo and graphics work together.

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and/or Premier Pro.

Strong conceptual thinking and visual direction, especially in response to briefs.

A self-starter mindset, confident taking ownership but open and collaborative in process.

A good eye for trends, creators, and emerging formats on social (especially TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

Experience in content creation (photography, video editing, UGC-style content) is a plus, but not essential.
