We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. Working closely with our Senior Account Manager and Head of Client Relations, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, helping to translate their objectives into clear marketing activity and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to grow their client management skills, enjoys working across different digital channels, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. Working closely with our Senior Account Manager and Head of Client Relations, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, helping to translate their objectives into clear marketing activity and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Manage day-to-day client communication and act as a reliable first point of contact.

Marketing Support: Support in translating client goals into actionable marketing briefs and plans.

Campaign Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight opportunities for optimisation.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, paid media, SEO, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of work.

Risk Management: Anticipate and flag potential risks or blockers, helping to keep projects on track.

Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Growth Opportunities: Contribute to identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, passing leads to senior team members.

Organisation & Service: Maintain high standards of organisation, communication, and client service.

Candidate Attributes
We’d love to meet someone with the following skills / attributes:

2–3 years’ experience in a digital agency environment, in account management or client services.

Good understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and tools.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.

Comfortable preparing reports and presenting results to clients.

A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for client success.
Desireable:

Experience working with dental, healthcare, or medical sector clients.

Understanding of the dental patient journey and how marketing impacts practice growth.
