We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, who ideally has hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads for high-ticket local businesses.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance reporting. You’ll work across all of our client accounts, supporting both strategy and delivery, with a strong focus on driving results through paid media and actionable data insights.

Job Brief
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, who ideally has hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads for high-ticket local businesses.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance reporting. You’ll work across all of our client accounts, supporting both strategy and delivery, with a strong focus on driving results through paid media and actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of performance across all client ad accounts, overseeing campaign results and ensuring they align with lead generation goals.

Monitor performance metrics daily, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities across accounts.

Provide regular recommendations for optimisation, based on data-driven insights, adjusting budgets, creative, audiences, and funnels where needed.

Support and guide Paid Social Executives, offering input on campaign setup, targeting strategies, and campaign performance reviews.

Lead on performance reporting across clients, turning raw data into clear, actionable reports for both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Oversee onboarding for new accounts, ensuring campaigns are correctly structured and tracking is fully implemented.

Work collaboratively with creative and delivery teams to develop campaigns that convert across the full customer journey.

Manage testing plans, running A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and perspective funnels, applying learnings across the portfolio.

Ensure best practices are consistently followed across accounts, maintaining high standards in setup, QA, and platform hygiene.

Actively contribute to team discussions and planning sessions, helping shape wider performance marketing strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with consistent performance results.

Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data; comfortable navigating dashboards, spreadsheets, and visual reports.

Proficiency in reporting tools.

Confident analysing campaign performance, identifying trends, and proposing optimisations.

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and switching contexts quickly.

Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

High attention to detail, especially in ad setup and reporting.

Experience working as part of a team, collaborating across disciplines.
Desirable (Bonus) Experience:

Experience in local lead generation, particularly for healthcare, dental, or aesthetics clients.

Previous exposure to Perspective Funnels.

Google Ads campaign experience (Search and Display).

Familiarity with conversion tracking setups across platforms (GTM, Meta CAPI, GA4 etc.).

Marketing degree or relevant qualification.
