We are looking for an experienced, commercially aware, and patient-focused individual with a background in dentistry, treatment coordination, practice management, or patient sales.
The role will involve managing and nurturing inbound patient enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns - helping practices improve consultation bookings, attendance rates, and overall conversion performance.
You will act as an extension of our clients’ practices, following up leads, building patient trust, handling objections, and supporting patients through the early stages of their treatment journey.
This is a remote role working closely with our Client Services and Performance Marketing teams.

Job Brief

Key Responsibilities
Patient Enquiries: Follow up inbound patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Lead Qualification: Qualify and nurture leads into booked consultations.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospective patients and handle objections confidently.
Conversion Support: Support practices in improving lead conversion and reducing missed opportunities.
Lead Management: Maintain accurate lead tracking and communication records.
Performance Feedback: Provide feedback internally regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
KPI Achievement: Work towards booking and conversion KPIs.
Candidate Attributes

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, or similar patient-focused sales role within dentistry or aesthetics.
