Sketch Dental's Practice Growth Workshop 2025

After attending events as delegates last year, we knew we wanted to host our own Dental Growth Workshop - not just to share our expertise but to truly connect with practices across across the UK and Ireland, helping them unlock new levels of success in digital marketing and online presence. With 2025 set to be a big year for growth, we were excited to welcome dental practices eager to take those first steps toward sustainable expansion. Unlike larger industry events, this was a closer-knit gathering, allowing us to dive deeper into individual goals and challenges, ensuring everyone left with practical, actionable strategies.

Understanding the Foundations of Marketing

One of the key discussions of the day revolved around what marketing really is, how it works, and how it should be measured. Many businesses invest in digital marketing without truly understanding how to track its success. We broke down how to measure growth effectively, ensuring marketing efforts translate into real, measurable results for practices.

Expert Insights: Mindset, Talk Tracks and Growth

We were honoured to be joined by Barry Oulton, whose session on the importance of mindset and talk tracks was a standout moment. Barry emphasised that no amount of leads will matter without the right approach to communication and patient interaction – a crucial reminder that success in digital marketing isn’t just about numbers but about real engagement and conversion.

Real Experiences: Learning from Those Who’ve Been There

Another highlight was hearing from Farah Alam from Sherwood Dental, who, along with her partner Ali, has worked with us for over three years. She shared her real-life experiences of the peaks and troughs of owning and growing a practice, highlighting the importance of partnering with the right agency to navigate challenges and sustain long-term growth.

A Diverse Group, A Shared Goal

What made this workshop truly special was the diversity of practices in the room – from small startups to well-established clinics, new ventures to decades-old businesses – all united by a common goal: GROWTH! Seeing such a broad range of professionals, each committed to making real changes in their marketing strategy, was inspiring.

Looking Ahead to 2025

The energy in the room made it clear – practices are ready to take action. More than just absorbing information, our attendees were eager to apply their learnings and take control of their digital presence.

Hosting this workshop was an incredible experience, and we can’t wait to see the impact it has on the businesses that joined us. Here’s to making 2025 the year of growth!
