Project Summary
The South Street Dental Practice is a thriving, family-run clinic in Scotland, trusted by patients across three generations. As the only independently owned practice in their area, their commitment to quality care and community connection really sets them apart.
After joining us for one of our Growth Workshops, the team were ready to elevate their brand and digital presence. We partnered on a three-month campaign focused on patient retention, high-value treatments, and brand storytelling. The aim was to support the launch of Smilelign and create a more joined-up experience for new and existing patients.

Positioning Smilelign With Confidence
Design, Content and Visuals That Work Together Seamlessly
To introduce Smilelign in a clear and engaging way, we created a dedicated landing page that feels calm, informative and easy to navigate. The content is written with patients in mind, answering real questions and gently guiding them through the treatment journey. To bring the brand to life visually, we carried out a content shoot on-site. The result is a collection of warm, authentic imagery that reflects the people behind the practice. These visuals now appear across the website, social media and a custom in-practice showreel, designed to showcase treatments and create subtle upsell opportunities in the waiting room.

Creating Long-Term Impact
Since the campaign launched, we’ve continued to support The South Street Dental Practice with monthly content planning and email marketing. This helps them stay front of mind between appointments and gives patients helpful, friendly content they actually want to engage with. It’s all part of building a brand that feels like them.
